Using this IR controller through your Z-wave network, you can adjust your Air Conditioner or use it to transmit IR signals to other devices such as TVs.

Set up scenes and include IR devices, or use the Zipabox Virtual Thermostat to adjust your Air Conditioning system automatically. 

The IR Extender can be set as a continual powered device, or a battery operated in FLIRS mode to conserve battery life. And has an inbuilt temperature sensor also.
